This lovely patient was really nervous about dental treatment and she was born with several adult teeth missing. Because of her fear she lived her whole life with the large gaps. She decided to come to see us explore the options to improve her smile. We decided to start with whitening and then used composite bonding to close the spaces and reshape the teeth painlessly. We finally replaced the missing teeth using Maryland ceramic bridges with zero drillings.
